Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy allows for a 14-day window for customers to contact us via email to initiate an exchange for their item. You will then have a further 14-day window to return the item to us from the date of the email. Please note that any exchange requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted. 

Items must be in the original condition they were received in. If an item is returned in an unsaleable condition (worn, used, damaged), we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. In such cases, our team will contact you, and the item will be sent back to you.

In case the item you ordered doesn't fit right in terms of size or colour, you have the option to exchange it for any item worth the same price on our website. Kindly be informed that return postage is not covered by us.

Please note: If your original order qualified for free shipping (i.e., you spent over £100), a restocking fee (the amount of your shipping) will be deducted from your return amount when we process your store credit or exchange.

Kindly be advised that any refunds will be provided in the form of a credit note, which can be used within a year from the date of issuance. The credit note will be emailed to the email address used during the previous checkout process. Please allow a 3-5 day processing period from the day we receive the returned item.

Sale Items

All sale items are non exchangeable. This means that any item that is not a full priced item will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. This information is laid out in our terms and conditions on our website. This should always be read before purchasing. Any sale items received at our warehouse will be returned to the customer.
