What size should I order?
Our pieces are designed for a true-to-size fit. If you prefer a relaxed look, we suggest sizing up. We provide a size chart for each item, available directly on the product page. If you're uncertain about sizing, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Do you offer petite or tall sizing?
At the moment, our collection is available in standard sizing.

Will the fabric shrink after washing?
All of our fabrics are pre-treated to minimise shrinkage. Follow our Care & Longevity section for instructions to keep your fit flawless.

Care & Longevity

How should I wash and care for my items?
Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry to preserve softness and shape.

Can I tumble dry your products?
We recommend air drying to protect fabric integrity. If needed, tumble dry on low heat only.

Do your fabrics pill or fade over time?
Our high-quality fibers are chosen to resist pilling and color fading, even after repeated washes.

How can I keep my loungewear looking brand new for longer?
Wash with similar fabrics, avoid harsh detergents, and skip fabric softeners - they can coat and weaken fibers.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be shipped. We ship parcels Monday to Friday so this means orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped from Monday onwards.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited delivery for any last minute needs!

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on location.

If I am ordering from overseas, will I need to pay customs on my order?
If you are outside the United Kingdom, you will need to pay any applicable customs fees, as these are not covered by Disco Sisters. Our courier, Evri, will contact you directly to arrange payment. If they do not receive a response, we will follow up with you.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact our customer team immediately and we’ll update it for you.

My order includes an item that is pre-order but the rest are in stock, when will this be shipped?

If your order includes a pre-order item along with in-stock items, we will wait until the entire order is in stock before shipping it to you. Pre-order items are expected to be available within three weeks.

Are returns free?
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service to make sure it arrives safely.

What do I do if I don’t have a printer to return the form?

That’s totally fine! Just write the information clearly on a piece of paper and include it inside your return parcel.

If I return an item for store credit, how long do I have to use it?

Our store credit has a 1-year expiry period, so you’ve got plenty of time to use it on something you love.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us immediately with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.

What happens if I don’t include the return slip in my parcel?

We’re unable to guarantee your exchange or store credit without the return slip. Our team needs your order number to identify the return - without it, we won’t know who sent it back.
