How do pre-orders work?
If an item is available to pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the product page along with the estimated shipping date.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
Pre-orders will be dispatched within 21 working days of purchase, and in some cases may be shipped earlier. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive full tracking information.
Can I order in-stock items with a pre-order item?
Yes, but please note your full order may be held until the pre-order item is ready. If you prefer separate delivery, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the UK and internationally. Delivery options will appear at checkout based on your location. Please see our shipping page for more info.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 working days or express is shipped the following working day with next day delivery. If an item has a longer dispatch time, this will be clearly noted on the product page.
How much is delivery?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes. Express options will appear at checkout when available.
What is your returns policy?
We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. See our returns policyfor more info.
How do I make a return?
Visit our Returns page and follow the instructions. You’ll be able to download your returns form and find information on where to send your item.
Do you offer exchanges?
At the moment we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you need.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
